For the price, this property is good. And we were upgraded to a larger room with a view. Some minor issues with water flowing from the shower throughout the toilet area. And the breakfast could be better. The location is great. The staff is great. The room was comfortable. And at $30 a night, what else can you ask for.

Breakfast was poor and cold when taking late breakfast. Fairly noisy area. Good staff. Very welcoming bike security. Worth staying over for a while and for the price. Very convenient location.

ホテルの看板表記が異なっており、さらに改装工事中だったため、 タクシーで降ろされたときは不安になりました。 地下の駐車場から入館し、2階の仮設フロントでチェックインしました。 部屋はきれいでしたが、洗面所から少し水漏れがありました。水を大量に流さなければ問題なさそうです。 プールは工事中で封鎖されており、残念でした。

The reason is that it is a good hotel. Just don’t drink the bottle water there that they give you for free. It is really bad. I have a water tester that I take with me all over and there water is really bad. Even the water that you can have down at the lobby. So watch out, I went down to the lobby and showed them how bad it was and I could see it on there face that they did not know it ether that the water was bad but when I asked if I could get the water in the fridge instead the manager told the girl in charge no. I think managers only knows it I got sick from it just because I forgot to test it one time the big bottle down in the lobby and my stomach was really bad after it But other things is that they are not good in English and just say yes yes to everything but don’t do what I talked about. But everything else is really good. People are really nice and the food is okay. Location is really good. So if we don’t think about the water and just buy in stores this is a good hotel for the money. I decided to stay 3 days longer because it was just by the beach

해변과 가까워서 이동하기는 편리한데 그냥 잠만 자는거면 괜찮지만 호텔 컨디션 따지는거면 비추. 조식 시간 10까지라고 해서 9시 30분에 레스토랑 갔는데 사람이 없다고 다 치워버리고 접시에 먹을 빵, 야채만 준비되어 있음. 거기에 쌀국수나 . 커피 있고. 정말 잠만 자고 가격이 싼 호텔을 원하지 않는거면 선택하지마세요

同相片比較差距一點。但尚算整潔，但床鋪枕頭好像有點污積。毛巾也可以改用新一點會比較好。位置都可以，樓下有便利店，但門口太多垃圾桶了。

진짜 괜찮았음.유일한 고층숙소여서그런가 뷰도예뻤음.11층.직원들도 친절했고 여기저기 돌아다니기 좋은 위치였음.미케비치도 걸어서 5분거리라 여러번갔었는데 가까운게 짱인듯.

마사지 퇴폐업소의 성지였던 것 같은 호텔이었고, 냉장고에 있는 것들과 과자는 먹으면 체크아웃할 때 돈 냄. 항상 택시가 이 호텔앞에만 대기하는 것 같아서 우버부를 때 살짝 부담스러움. 항상 택시가 이 호텔 앞에 있다는 점도 퇴폐와 좀 연관이 있었다고 봄. 좋은 점은 12시쯤에 갔는데도 체크인을 해주어서 좋았음 와이파이는 적당히 잘 터짐 일반택시타면 바가지 있을테니 호텔에서 살짝 걸은 후 무조건 우버나 그랩 부르시고, 개인적으로 다낭 자체가 볼게 없어서 다낭을 오지 않는걸 추천

보통입니다.
새벽 도착이라 야경 보려고 창이 많은 방으로 했지만 주변에 불빛도 없고 볼 야경도 없었음. 새벽 도착해서 직원이 자다 일어나서 인상 찌푸리는데 불친절하게 느껴졌음. 조식에 김치 비스무리한게 나온건 마음에 듬.

싼맛에 이용하는곳
건물자체는 깔끔한듯 보이는데 객실 구석에 곰팡이 같은게 있고 침대 밑에서 바퀴벌레 나옵니다 밝을때는 모르다가 자다 일어나서 불키는데 후다닥 들어가더군요. 근데 바퀴벌레는 비싼숙소 아니면 다낭 대부분이 비슷한걸로 알고있습니다. 조식은 근처에 나가기 귀찮을때 한번씩 먹기 나쁘지 않습니다. 직원들 자체는 친절 했는데 호텔 앞이랑 로비에 앉아있는 삐끼같은 남자가 계속 마사지 받으라고 권유하더군요 솔직히 불쾌했습니다.

+ Lage: 2 Minuten zum Strand ¤ Ausstattung: alles okay, aber nichts besonderes ¤ Sauberkeit: okay ¤ Service: freundlich, aber kein Englisch ¤ Frühstück: lecker, aber nur warmes, deftiges Essen - Komfort: zwar sauber und normale Ausstattung, jedoch wirklich sehr dünne Wände!!! Der Lärm des Verkehrs und der extrem lauten Musik von der Straße in der Nacht (am Wochenende) ist wirklich unerträglich. Der Lärm aus den anderen Zimmern und dem Flur kommt erschwerend hinzu. Der Aufenthalt bereitete uns zum Teil schlaflose Nächte. - Umgebung: zwar direkt am Strand, jedoch etliche Baustellen, extrem viel Verkehr und laute Musik. Leider sehr unschöne Aussicht. = Preis-Leistung: okay, aber aufgrund des extrem schlechten Komforts wegen des Lärms = absolut NICHT empfehlenswert!

從來不考慮沒有窗的房間，但訂房時沒有註明，結果入住了一間密封房間三天，受不了，沒太陽，不通風，很重焗促的味道，但價格也相對便宜，但肯定不再入住厃

コスパに優れたダナンの常宿です!!
今回で３度目の利用になります。 部屋はいつもエグゼクティブルーム（パーシャルオーシャンビュー）を指定しています。 というのも最近、隣（海側）に同じような規模のホテルができて海が見えるのがこのカテゴリー以上の部屋に限られるからです。 エグゼクティブ、といっても料金はTAX＆朝食込みで約3500～4000円なので、オンザビーチのホテルの中ではとてもリーズナブルだと思います。朝食もフォーや揚げ春巻きの他、目の前で焼いてくれる卵料理など充分満足のいくレベルです。 ホテルからミーケビーチは歩いてすぐだし、シーフードやカフェ・寿司レストランなどがあり食事にこまることはありません。 パンのアキモトさんのお店『GOCHIPAN』も徒歩圏内です。

Unclean and extremely noisy
We were woke at 7 AM by the construction taking place in the hallway. Saws hammers drills, not fun to wake up to on vacation. This was actually happening right outside our door. I could see all the action through the peephole. The room was not clean, there's mildew growing in the bathroom. The place really needs a deep cleaning. The view would have been absolutely spectacular especially at night except that The windows were filthy and not just the glass but everything around the windows including the curtains. I'm glad that I had only booked one night here, it was not worth the $26. There are many other hotels in the area that are very clean and comfortable and that understand what it means to provide a comfortable clean space to rest for their customers.

Good hotel.
The hotel is newish, buffet breakfast was good, except no milk for your cuppa tea or coffee, just sweetened condensed milk. The first room we were given had a strong musty, mouldy smell but the staff were only too happy to give us another room. Thank you. Hotel staff were friendly.

Not recommended, even for the price
I can't recommend staying here. To be fair, I can't/won't cut down the hotel too much. The price is ridiculously low so it would be ridiculous to expect a 5 star stay. But for the price, I would recommend paying more and staying somewhere nicer. The outside of the hotel has been redone so it looks nice. But it doesn't resemble this at all, once you are inside. The hotel isn't clean, and is pretty dated. Breakfast is included but I would probably just skip it if I stayed here. The dining area doesn't scream clean and simply isn't comforting. Standards/expectations are just lower here. $30CAD a night for two people though. That is CHEAP. Most cities in Vietnam have cheap accommodations and are all in that similar range of just clean enough, just quiet enough, standards are just high enough. I felt that this hotel fell a little short though. The bathroom had a funky smell to it and the bedding smelled moldy. Honestly, if the place was a little cleaner, I would recommend it because of the price. It falls below my standards though and hence I don't recommend staying here. I'm sure in time, all their standards will slowly come up but I'm guessing the price would move along with that.

我住的是行政套房14個晚上，也是景觀最棒的房型，當然以後住也會選擇唯一的房型。 酒店的任何服務人員相當的優秀，有星級酒店的水準和專業。 客房的打掃十分乾淨、早餐也有一定的水準。 整體而言，這是一間值得造訪的酒店。

Nous prenons cet hotel pres de la plage ,à notre arrivé ,personne de l'hotel ne nous aide à monter l'escalier avec nos valises alors ils nous ont vu ! Le devant de l'hotel est encombré de moto et 2 grands bac pour plante d'ornement Alors les hotels de coté ont leurs devant dégagé ! Un bonjour on ne connait pas dans cet hotel ,ni la reception ni les gars devant l'hotel ! Les traces d'humidité au bas des murs de ma premiere chambres 1001 ,puis on me change vers 1601 il y a aussi l'humidité au bas du mur salle de bain ! Le petit déjeuné est copieux dans un brouhaha ,les bruits des lourdes chaises trainés sur le sol ,puis beaucoup de famille avec enfants !je suis resté 7 jours pour ne pas perdre la reservation ,la 2 em semaines j'ai changé d'hotel
