Other things to note
- All requests, inquiries, and any complaints (if any) will be addressed as quickly as possible.
- For your safety during your stay, there is one security camera installed at the external entrance of the villa, which is not used for surveillance purposes.
- Please turn off all electrical appliances when leaving the villa. Due to limited power capacity in Vietnam, excessive electricity usage may trigger a power outage.
- In the event that any property (e.g., electronic devices, shelves, towels, dishes, etc.) is damaged or broken during your stay, we may request compensation for the repair or replacement costs. Please refer to the pre-notified guidelines for compensation rates. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- As per Vietnamese law, all guests must register their stay. Kindly send photos of the entry stamp received at immigration and the passport page with your photo. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in advance :)
