This is a simple and clean hotel, located in the city centre, no elegance decoration but neat. It provides free breakfast in vietnamese style, not much choices but all you can eat. There is no air-conditioner in the room however it is okay in Da Lat in December. If you take taxi to go to this hotel, be careful to tell the full address instead of the hotel name since most of the drivers do not the address of this hotel. The reception lady is super helpful, she helped us to book sleeping bus tickets to Nha Trang, and even worked extra time to follow up our bus departing. We sincerely thank her.

I am so sorry for such uncomfortable you may have experienced during your stay, which did not meet your expectations.
Our mission are provide the best services to bring the satisfaction for every customer. So, we had to make every effort about that, but mistakes is not inevitable in a new hotel.
