«Beautiful property within walking distance of so much the town of Alba has to offer. Very clean and nicely equipped/furnished. Unit has been well taken care of and we had no maintenance issues to report. Parking lot out back was safe and super convenient. Pier was super helpful and lives right down the street if you need him. Grocery is across the street. There are probably 40 or so restaurants within walking distance so that was great too! «Vårt andre opphold på to år, og vi kommer gjerne tilbake. Monforte d’Alba er utrolig trivelig, med mange gode restauranter, og et godt utgangspunkt for vinsmaking. Personalet er veldig behjelpelige og hyggelige. Frokosten er god, og hotellet har en topp restaurant.»

«The apartment is in a great location close to town but in a nice quiet area. The apartment is very clean and the bed comfortable. What lets the place down is the lack of maintenance. The terrace table and chairs were rotting and paint peeling off. The kitchen lights have not been connected and so you rely on the cooker hood lights to see- which both bulbs had blown. The toilet seat in the upstairs bathroom has the lid missing and is wobbly. This is such a shame as it is a nice apartment. We ...

«We had a good stay. Two good size bedrooms, three towels per person, washing machine, AC and very close to Alba Centro.The apartment is not 130 square meters as announced. The shower was not in great shape and there wasn’t a designated spot for parking, so we sometimes had to park down the street (but it was still free). Alessandro, the host, was very helpful and alert. All in all, a good stay. »
