«There is absolutely not one negative thing I can say about our stay, the property or the host. All were amazing. The house was awesome! While there were a lot of stairs, that just added extra enjoyment for our dog, who literally made laps from upstairs through the basement and back again. The hot tub is away from the house and somewhat secluded so that was very nice, there was a fire pit that we used as well. «Location was great! Less than a mile to downtown Alpharetta. House was newly renovated. Great decor. Beds were comfortable. The only downfall is that it is a tri-level so would have been beneficial to have handrails on the staircases for older guests. We had a wonderful stay!!»

So many people have commented on the limited seating in the living area, but no one has mentioned that the seating isn't very comfortable for older people. Unless you sit on a kitchen chair, you may have a hard time getting comfortable or even getting out of the one chair. The small couch is also not easy to sit in unless you are young and flexible.
