«The space was comfortable for our family of 11. We appreciated the large dining room, the en suite bathrooms, the kitchen was well appointed and location was great. We would have appreciated soap in the showers, facial tissues, extra tp—items which are generally provided in this level vacation home. It was also incredibly hot in the third floor bedroom, a fan would have been so appreciated. Since we somehow lost the little front door key, maybe add a big large bauble on it so it couldn’t slip ...

«Overall we had a lovely time in Ambleside, the house itself was a bit grubby could do with a thorough clean, it said onsite parking on Expedia there is no parking it wasn’t a problem we parked in the village and paid £8 a day but shouldn’t be wrongly advertised, we tried to contact the property owners a couple of times about parking and the rubbish collection but still waiting for a reply, it is a lovely little house in a good location.»

«We found the cottage very clean and comfortable. It has everything you'd need for a short break. The location is fantastic, a few steps away from Fitz park, which is very dog friendly and has 2 nice cafes. We didn't use the car all week as lots of walks straight from the door or easily accessible by bus or ferry. The long stay car park round the corner was fine and a permit comes with the cottage. We brought the car up to the house to load/unload it. It's a very short walk to town, and ...
