«Matthew is a thoughtful host. We didn't know what to expect, being from the US. The cottage went above and beyond our expectations. We wished we could stay longer. Besides being very comfortable, and in a beautiful area, the cottage had everything we needed to cook our own food. The WiFi worked well, and there were numerous games and books for entertainment. It's an easy drive to the sights in Keswick, and the market. We hope to return one day.»

«Though bijou, it was well designed and the space was very well used. The outside space was good and lovely to have the hills around, We did have problems using the very modern microwave/grill and cooker - It needed DETAILED WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS! and we would have preferred an ordinary electric kettle. A corkscrew, too would have been useful!But, we enjoyed a wonderful 2 days»
