«Communicated a number of issues with my one night stay to Hotels.com and the property did not respond to these issues.
Issues mainly around the following:
numerous large dirty carpet stains throughout apartment;
toiletries of previous guests in bathroom (including toothpaste, shower gel, deodorant and hair spray);
cardboard and sticky tape used to secure pipes in bathroom;
various damage to furnishing including hole in blind and faulty blinds which could not be pulled up;

«This apt. in Glasgow was excellent. 10 out of 10. We stayed here for two nights, then stayed again another two nights on our way back from Skye. Good location - only 10 minute Uber to downtown and train station. Easy check in - the fob key entry was very convenient, and the complex was pretty quiet. Apt. was super clean, and it had everything we needed. Beds and blankets were comfortable, lots of hot water for showering, and bathrooms were clean with extra towels. «We were very impressed with this property! The hallway from the street to the stairs is quite rustic but once you get to the top floor flat, the property is beautifully furnished, clean and very comfortable.The kitchen was well equipped and the appliances were clean and modern.
