Every exterior light becomes surrounded by locusts and grasshoppers each night, making for walking between the rooms and casino or diner a somewhat harrowing experience. There was a large cockroach in my room on my last evening. The jacuzzi is broken and the pool is full of bees - both dead and alive. A homeless man came to the outdoor pool shower and stripped down and showered while small children were present using the pool. Security was called and removed him. The tub faucet in the bathroom only has one temperature, so you can’t make your shower any hotter or cooler. The staff were all very, very nice and accommodating and I enjoyed the food that I ate in the diner upstairs.

The hotel was amazing. The restaurant is right next to the smoking casino, that was my complaint. The prime rib dinner was 20 golden stars! I will stay there again.

Ample security that are present in & around property & parking structure. Room is wonderful - bed/pillows extremely comfortable, shower was perfection, love that there is a fridge in the room, ample hanging storage & drawers, large desk & overall good sized room. Their Ottimo restuaruant is delicious & not overpriced. I truely had a great/restful 3 nights there & will be back!
