Fantastic views and right at the oceanfront. Allows dogs and we brought ours and you’d never know the place was pet friendly unless you knew it up front. «What an incredible property! The view of the Sound was incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed the water and the wildlife. And, with a short walk to the ocean and beach, we felt like we had the best of both worlds. The beach was amazing!»

«We had a wonderful stay at this beach home. Everything was exactly as advertised and the pictures posted are 100% accurate. The communication with Jamie was prompt and professional. The bedrooms are laid out very nicely to give everyone their own space, the balconies (front and back) provide nice views, the beach is a very short and comfortable walk down the street. I would recommend this house and look forward to perhaps visiting again one day.»

«The house was just perfect, furnishings were nice. The beach access was across the street. You had an ocean view from the deck. We would definingly consider this house again. The owner responded quickly to my messages. The only negative is if someone has a problem with stairs there are a lot.»

«Great accommodation! So nice and clean. Kitchen was super well stocked with dishes, cookware of all types, utensils, flatware, etc., etc. Bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Loved the pool, a bit brisk, but really nice for mid May. Golf cart was nice to have, operating instructions were provided for just about everything. We would definitely return.»

«We met our family in NC to spend the week together. NC is the halfway point between us. The cottage was clean & ready for us. The location is so convenient. We loved Ft. Macon state park & beach. Had an amazing jet ski tour with AB Water, the boys tried out fishing; overall a nice & relaxing time. I’d rebook again. The downstairs full bath is highly convenient for 6 people, only can use some ventilation. Thanks again!»

«Cute property that met our needs. The full sized kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cutting boards, and grill accessories. The mattress was soft. Our dog enjoyed sitting on the top deck with us, and we appreciated the pullout “gate” at the top of the stairs so he could remain off leash. Hosts were great communicators!»

«We used to stay here often but Wyndham took over and it’s definitely run down. The bathroom has a brown substance on the shower curtain and mold in the shower. Other than that it was clean. The bed was comfortable. Only other issue we had was we showed up along with another family to check in and no one was there. We called the number they told the other family “ I’m busy you have to just wait 20 minutes “ by the time they showed up 3 parties including us were backed up to check in. Definitely ...

«If you want a small place, close to the beach, and with few frills, this is the place. It provides a convenient place to stay that is affordable. Do not expect to be able to cook full meals as the kitchen is not equipped. You also may want to bring your own bath towels.»

«When we arrived, there was maintenance crew working on the home so we could not enter originally, then we found out they were spraying the mold thats in the master bedroom closet. The maintenance crew was confused they thought we were coming the next day. The smell was absolutely disgusting and gave us a headache all weekend. The only thing decent about the play was the location, very close to the beach access point since it’s across the street. Location 8/10. House 1/10.»
