«They are texting me and asking me for pay again. Second time I stayed and second time this happened. The first time they found my payment before I had to help figure out what happened and now they are doing the same thing. It’s a very weird thing for me to book on Expedia and then have the host hound me for payment after I leave. Now the second time they are asking for proof of payment again. It’s a horrible way to conduct business»

«Needed cleaning. Offered to send cleaning team but everyone was settled..Had socks and trash under the beds. Small street so you need a vehicle that is easy to maneuver. Owner was great and responsive as was the host… laundry is pay so had to go get quarters…»

«Stayed here almost two weeks. Needed a cozy home like place for my daughter to recover from a surgery she had at the local hospital. It had a full sized kitchen to prepare meals and a comfortable bed. We liked the long couch in the living room. The home is in an older established neighborhood. It’s quiet and several children outside playing most days, which was nice to see these days. Owner communicated often if there was a problem they would handle.»

«There was confusion on the check-in time because the listing said it would be available in the morning and then at the last minute that was changed to 5 PM. We had reservations already made so I requested a 4 PM check-in. I did not think that was unreasonable because the listing had been incorrect. Once we were able to check-in, everything was great. «The property veiws are outstanding. The upper bedroom that lead to the deck has an outstanding view from inside the bedroom as well as sitting on the deck viewing the Marly creek water way. From the deck, I've watched birds of prey dive in and out of Marly creek catching fish. Iv'e also seen other wildlife such as a family of geese, ducks and also a rabbit that lives on the property. Probably thinks its a pet. Spectacular and relaxing to watch. Victor has included a Trampoline, swing, ...

«It was a great stay, we are all tall so the first floor ceiling was a little low for us. Overall we had a good stay close to activities enough space for our family of 6. Would definitely stay again, neighbors are nice overall quiet and convenient location.»
