«It was perfect but they should mention that the breakfast is not complementary. You have to pay for it through the bistro.»

«Really wouldn’t recommend staying here. It’s fairly dirty and there were bugs in our first room. They did kindly upgrade us, but the next room wasn’t much better. Very dusty and smelly. There were also some stains on the wall. The front desk staff was hit or miss. Some were very helpful, while others weren’t really willing to work with us. The TV in our room didn’t work and the staff didn’t take much interest in figuring out how to fix it. It’s fine if you’re looking for something under 150 a ...

«All of the staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful. I asked for a room on the 1st floor, and they had one; that was very helpful to me; there was coffee available all the time; that was nice also. I've stayed there for the past 10 years when I visit the Luckey/Pemberville communities and will continue staying there in the future. It holds great memories for me.»

«Convenient location to stop on our drive home.»

«Great place. Fantastic room. had a good time.»

«Rent og fint rom»

«We only stayed one night, but the staff were very friendly, the hotel was modern, and the room was clean. Breakfast was included and had several choices.»

«Thanks to Branden for getting us the room we requested. Be ready for room cleaning every other day which means you will have to get replacement coffee pods and condiments on off days. Parking seems inconvenient because you can’t really park in site; however valet parking works great and the car was available within minutes right at the front door. The views from the room of the river and world class bridges are fantastic especially at night when they are lit up with multicolored lights.»

«Had a wonderful stay property was very updated and modern very clean and it smelled nice when we first walked in our room. The breakfast was great front desk. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be going there again.»

«Clean and Friendly staff»

«Three days with staff not changing sheets and we only got towels cause we asked at the front desk! I WON'T BE BACK......»

«It was a good place to stay, the breakfast was hearty and tasty, a good choice of menu, coffee was fresh and plentiful. The building and rooms were clean and the property well kept. It was a little pricey for the weekend, but the weeknights were reasonable. Staff were all friendly and helpful.»

«Disappointed that we were not aware of on-site construction. Pool wasn't in use, and fireplace was being worked on. Room was clean, and breakfast was good..»

«Very well appointed hotel located at the back end of an outdoor mall including restaurants. 1 BR Suite had everything we needed. Extra space was wonderful for a few days stay. Comfortable bed and pillows were wonderful! Breakfast was well stocked with fresh fruit and hot items. The complimentary evening "Social" was an added bonus! Monday-wings, waffle fries, and mini salad bar. Tuesday-nacho/taco fixins' and mini salad bar. Wednesday-pulled pork sandwich, macaroni and cheese, broccoli, ...
