I booked for a suite with a living room and it came with a pull out as well. Very nice room with a full city river view. Almost a 360 view but not quite. However the room I was in was a corner king room partial view. I got all my things checked in and I realized I was in the wrong room. So I go back down and tell the guy he put me in the wrong room. He stated yes I realized but you were in a great mood I didn’t want to ruin it. My response being don’t you think this would’ve ruined it more paying for something I didn’t receive. I would not have checked in if you didn’t have my suite. He stated he would give me a breakfast voucher to smooth it over but that’s all he could do. I told him to cancel the reservation. Needless to say I spoke with another person after quite some time had passed. I was grabbing my things to leave and I was then moved to the room I actually paid for after a thorough discussion. My stay was kind ruined due to me wasting so much time on the room conflict I didn’t get to enjoy the property or restaurants. I kind of wished I just let them cancel and got the refund. It just took so much time and I spent most of it waiting on them to rectify the issue. 0/5 stars.
