«Beautiful,clean, bright accomodation, easy communication with owner, nice area, 10 mins away from grocery stores, enjoyed the red rocks for short hikes, just a few miles further on higyway 67, approx a 5 mins drive. I was the first days together with my girlfriend, then stayed a bit longer on my own, very safe area, check in was very easy. you need to be able to walk stairs, loft has high ceilings very nice. «Adorable small house, the women in my wedding party got ready here throughout the morning and my new husband and I stayed here after the wedding. Because it's so small, some amenities were hard to find in various nooks, but the hosts were perfect and helpful with everything!»

«Great stay in the front unit. Was very tidy and the views were amazing. Nice location close to garden of the gods! Keypad on door was abit confusing to lock/unlock and back yard is not attached to front unit so had to leash up dog whenever I had to take him out but those were minimal problems in the grand scheme. «We needed a place with a great yard for our dogs and this fit the bill. The views of Pikes Peak and garden of the gods are amazing! The house was clean; however many of the dishes were dirty and toaster oven hadn’t been cleaned out. This is a hazard of having guests do their own dishes upon departure that we’ve noticed in other rentals as well. We’re accustomed to washing everything we use before using it so no big deal to us. We would stay again, the owner is very responsive to any request.»

Marianne is delightful and great to work with. Apartment is whimsical but has great space. Family of four fit well. View off decks was lovely. Hot tub was clean and had a great view. If you like modern and new this is not for you. If you like artsy and whimsical then his place is great.»
