«Very nice setup.»

«Very cute, clean, spacious house. Owner was lovely and easy to communicate with. Kitchen was poorly stocked with cooking/baking supplies and master bed was terribly squeaky to even the slightest movement. Neighbors nearby seem a bit sketchy and my son complained of a foul oder outside whenever he played outside.»

«Nice place! Great communication, place was clean and as described. I would not hesitate to stay again.»

«This place was in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean, super comfortable beds, thoughtful snacks and easy to get to!»

«This was a perfect little place to stay in town for our daughter’s graduation. Very clean, relaxing, comfortable. Close to anything you may need for your stay. Would definitely stay again thank you »

«My family and I have stayed in many rental homes in the Eugene area over the years, and this was by far the loveliest of them all! We were in town to visit family and attend The Prefontaine Classic. The home has been thoughtfully and tastefully updated and has everything you could possibly need. It’s also a short drive to downtown for groceries, restaurants, and the University of Oregon campus. «Bewitching house in Southeast Eugene, close to 24th & Agate. The house is full of wonderful separated rooms and a barn-like living room. The kitchen and bathrooms are recently updated, but we spent most time staring at the stars through the multiple skylights, playing basketball and relaxing on the wrap-around porch.»

«Great stay for a family! Cute, clean, and great communication with the host. Would definitely stay at this property again!»

«Great little pet friendly bungalow. Easy walking around area and fun Friendly Gardens food cart area. Host had the place set up very nicely. Would rent again for sure.»

«We needed a last minute place to stay in Eugene and holy moly did we luck out!! Everyone in my party loved how this was perfectly comfortable, with a gently whimsical aesthetic, a lovely yard (perfect for enjoying breakfast) in a wonderfully walkable neighborhood. We will definitely be coming back!»

«The place itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The only issue during our stay was that there was active construction taking place directly above us in the main residence. The noise was disruptive, and we were surprised because this was not disclosed before our arrival. While the host was responsive to our concerns, I believe future guests should be informed in advance if construction will be occurring during their stay so they can make an informed decision when booking.»

«Beautiful house, definitely remodeled recently. Master is tight but no complaints, great bathroom! Quiet neighborhood and good parking. We were in town for a wedding with our daughter and her family. The five of us fit great. We would definitely stay again when we return.»
