«Excellent location and very close to town and restaurants. There is an incline to get to the property if you are walking from the train station which is only 7-10 mins. However, it is not that bad. The property is easy to access. There are a few items that needed repair while we stayed. there are no toiletries in the apartment so make sure you have enough shampoo and soaps. «The property is very beautiful and comfortable. The view is amazing! The balcony was the perfect place for morning coffee. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to town and the ferry! There is a pizza place and a produce store less than 5 minute walk. We enjoyed stopping for snacks at the pizza place on the way home each evening. The renta was clean, safe and well appointed. We got there past the check-in got off time of 8 PM and he kept checking with us to make sure that we could get in and finally he did help us even at 9:30 at night almost close to 10 to help us take our luggage all the way up to the apartment. «We were greeted by a nice and very helpful lady when we arrived at the appartment. The appartment was clean and stylish, with all the facilities you need when staying in Bellagio. The rooms were great, and having three separate bathrooms was golden. «I will admit that i knew this property had no air conditioning. But, booking for the middle of September, I thought that we would be comfortable at night with open windows. HOWEVER, the street noise is very loud and goes all night!! You cannot sleep with the windows open. Save yourself some misery and restless sleep. The apartment is very cute and in a good location and this problem could be easily resolved for the future by adding some air conditioning!»

«We stayed 3 nights at this place ,2 adults and 2 kids. We took the bus from Como to Lenno and the appartment was only 1min walk from the bus stop. Check in was fast and it is at the Hotel Albergo 2-3min walk from the apartment. Ferry pier is at the hotel also and we used an entire day to visit Bellagio,Varenna and Menaggio.
