«Lovely big family room which was clean and had plenty of amenities. Our beds were comfortable and we all slept really well. The host, John was very friendly and helpful. We had the cooked breakfast the next morning, which was cooked to order and great value for money. We would definitely consider a return visit in the future. The only small thing that would have made it better is if there had been a shower instead of/in addition to a bath (which had a hand-held shower). It was however a lovely ...

«Stumbled across this on a business overnight. The hotel has great character and decor with a literary theme to the rooms. The room was small but quite sufficient and the shower and facilities were all well maintained.»
