«The property has the most wonderful views from its elevated position. The driveway is steep - but worth it. Imagine beautiful sunsets in front of a roaring fire on the deck in autumn - that’s what we got. (Not sure if the owners arranged the sunsets, but the fire & indoor wood burner were ready to light.) Kitchen was stocked with choice of cereals plus milk & juice for breakfast plus other nice touches. There were many appliances & cookware options and a BBQ to boot. Bathroom & kitchen ...

«First impression needs to be improved (weeds in front yard, rot on posts, pealing paint). Home has a lot of charm but furnishings could be updated. Would be a good space for family who don't mind an outdated feel.»

«The hosts where excellent, the shack was clean, There where shops nearby, the yard being enclosed & a dog bowl outside where the only pet friendly aspects. Loved that there was wood & supplies for the fire & place & that there was one, but someone had tried to cook on it b4 us, & when we started the fire it smoked & my friend had to clean it, because the room was full of smoke...Loved this beautiful place & the surpise when we got there!... «Ivy's was just what we needed - a relaxing spot in easy walking distance to the main street, beach and the Nut. Cosy and warm on a wet day and so lovely to sit out on the deck with a view of Highfield House when the weather was sunny. Thanks for having us. »
