« Very bad experience anywhere in the beach in the hotel in the restaurant I wasn’t happy but poor Service that have many people to work in lunchtime. Take you 2 1/2 hour to eat taco fish.»

«Our stay at The Saint was great, the room was clean and had a beautiful view of the Sea. The balcony had lovely flowering plants nearby that were wonderfully fragrant which added a special feature to our morning coffee on the porch. The pool bar was perfectly situated to watch the sunset while lounging in a floating chair with a cocktail. Good location with parking and walking distance to Cruz Bay. »

«The rooms are very old and dingy. The shower was sort of gross and floor was peeling. The AC worked good and the bed was comfortable so those two things met our needs but this is not a hotel I will ever come back to. Location was a plus but just be prepared this hotel needs work done on its rooms. »

«Don’t desk very helpful and friendly. Breakfast area needs additional garbage area as the one they had filled quite quickly. People didn’t know where to put their used plates or garbage. »

«Starz is in a shady area to begin with, but the amenities are a joke. For starters, there is no place to park unless you park on a very steep/narrow hill which either blocks you or someone else in. We ended up parking on the sidewalk. There is no elevator, so regardless of what floor you are on, you will be dragging your luggage up stairs. «Island View Guesthouse is a little gem! Their dinning area is quite quaint with an impressive panoramic view of East, South and West Charlotte side of the Island. John and Jerome are great Host, and displayed best in class service. Extremely polite and accommodating. They made my stay comfortable. «Secluded from the rest of the city, requires taxi, no ability to walk to nearby restaurants. No pool. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles were used. Towels thin. Old furnishings, flooring, and bathroom. Nice view of the bay. The hotel staff were very nice. Good internet. »
