«All in all the resort was clean and tidy. The staff was great. The pool and hot tub were excellent. However, we were confused about why the steam sauna and cold plunge are only available if you book them for a charge with the spa...
The 1st evening we went down for a dip it was all open. There were no signs about having to "reserve" these amenities. So we used them for a short time. The next day there were signs on the door of the sauna saying "reserved".

«My favourite little hotel . Always like coming home. Very quiet, on the ocean , gorgeous view close to restaurants , shopping and spas. The staff are amazing and housekeeping excellent at maintaining a scent free space. Dog friendly so there is always a nice puppy to have ear scratches with for those who have to leave their fur babies at home.»

There was hair and shampoo stains in one of the bathrooms and the shower curtains were also stained. Housekeeping is not provided if you are staying there for longer.
However kitchen set up was nice, it had all the cookware and utensils and they even provided dish pods. ...

«Breakfast was delicious! Very quiet and beautiful property and it was a beautiful week in Victoria. We enjoyed having our coffee outside listening to all the birds. The hot tub in the evening was very relaxing
Can't wait until we can visit again.»
