«This was a wonderful, clean, quiet place for our family to stay while attending family functions in Duncan. Absolutely no complaints except that we found the main bed, the really high one, very soft. Too soft for us but may be okay for others. We did not have any complaints about the other beds from other family members. Our plans got changed and our hosts went out of their way to accomodate us and this was greatly appreciated. Thank you.»

«Suite was beautiful! We stayed for 3 nights to attend a wedding. Very clean, had everything we needed. I asked for a broom from Simon, as we had kids and dogs staying. He responded fast and provided a vaccum. The washer/dryer was a great perk. Only regret was not trying out the sauna, it looked lovely. Would definitely stay again!»

«We loved our stay! If I could give it 10 stars I would. The bunkie and home were super clean, had everything we needed. Being right on the marina was amazing, we saw two harbour seals having supper right on the dock! Would absolutely stay again.»

«We stayed for 3 nights at the dark horse. Brittany was quick to reply to any questions I had. The beds were very comfortable. The suite was spacious. The shower has a gap at the bottom so at times the bath mat would get saturatrd causing my feet and floor to be wet. There was an extra bath mat to use so it was no big deal.Overall very good place to stay. We enjoyed our time and would come back again.»

«The host was not around when we arrived even though we told her we would be arriving early. The grounds were run down and when we tried to contact her there was no wifi or cell coverage at that remote location. Because of poor communication and the run down appearance of the place we decided to stay elsewhere.»
