Pipi Shell Getaway in Cowes

About the home

"Pipi Shell Getaway" is a lovely single storey home in Cowes, not far from the Red Rocks Beach. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

The Master bedroom at the front of the home has a TV and a walk-through robe and an en-suite (with shower & toilet). Bedroom 2 has a BIR, TV & DVD player (TV not connected to an aerial), while Bedroom's 3 and 4 both have BIR. There is a main bathroom (with bath & shower) plus a separate toilet. The huge open plan kitchen/dining/living room (with smart TV and Panasonic sound system) provides access to the large covered deck. There is a second separate living room (with TV and DVD player) and a laundry too.

Outdoor Areas

The large covered alfresco (with seating for 12, a BBQ, fridge and TV) looks out on the fully enclosed rear yard. There is space to park up to four cars and/or a boat in the driveway and up the side of the home. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, Aldi pod coffee machine, etc. plus a double sink, large fridge (plus a 2nd fridge in the Alfresco), and gas cook top and large 900ml electric oven.

Heating/Cooling Systems

The home has two wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioners (one each in the living and master bedroom) and 2 portable fans for use where required.

Bedroom Configuration:

This home has 5 beds plus 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 10 guests:

Bedroom 1: One King bed
Bedroom 2: Two Single beds
Bedroom 3: One Queen bed
Bedroom 4: One Queen bed

There is also a Double size fold-out sofa bed/divan in the rear living area suitable for 2 adults or children.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory.
