«Upon arrival, the woman at the front desk was helpful and kind. When I got to my room, I found out I'd been given 1 bed instead of 2. The manager was a wretched little thing who needs to be somewhere non-customer-facing. But I understand how these things work, so my friend and I were ok with the pull out. When we asked halfway through our stay to switch the sheets so my friend and could switch sleeping arrangements, manager fought it because "we don't clean until you've been here a week." Well, ...

«Our first time booking a stay at Holiday Inn. We traveled 10 long hours by car and arrived in the late evening. We were shocked to find multiple hairs inside our bed sheets and noticed the office manager immediately. He moved us from our reserved king suite to a smaller 2 queen room. We were saddened to be moved to a smaller room, but were happy this room was much cleaner than the first room we were assigned. Breakfast was good and we made the best of our 2 night stay.»

«The hotel is located in nice area, walking distance to Performance Theater. It’s easy to commute to Thanksgiving Point and SLC.
We had suite with two bedrooms and two baths. The room is spacious , clean and comfortable.
This is a big hotel, and we dislike the walking distance from our building to the main building for pool/breakfast. They need to make a “ tunnel” or some kind to cover /connect the two buildings together. It’s so cold after swimming and have to walk outside to get in to our ...
