«This was a delightful little home. It was conveniently located in Eugene. There was a nice backyard but nowhere to sit, so we went to the thrift store and bought two used backyard chairs and left them for others to enjoy. However we were originally charged over the equivalent of a week’s rent for cleaning fees, processing fees, etc. When we left we were charged another fee for excessive pet hair on top of the original cleaning fee! So beware of surprise costs. »

«The house is super cute and has all the amenities you might need. It is an older house and needs some costly repairs but it’s super clean the the needed repairs didn’t affect our stay. »

«Nice house and stay. Right by the road so traffic noise is a little loud. No access to river from back yard. No fireworks so that was great! No cell service but really fast internet and WiFi calling worked.»

«Just spent one night. Clean and quiet. Close to restaurants. We did not use kitchen so can't remark on that. Portable fans each room to help keep cool. Older home but clean home.»

«Our 6-day stay at Renee’s beautiful home was exactly what my family (my husband, son and myself) needed during our recent stay in Eugene. The house itself is located away from busy street traffic in a quiet neighborhood. It was easily accessible from multiple routes, and was close to stores, restaurants and other conveniences. «The host was very accommodating as I had a conflict with my booking date and he made quick changes to help my party out. We arrived to find a very well kept yurt which had all the amenities we needed. It was very clean and cozy and the host offered around the clock help if needed, but we didn't as it was very comfy. «We really enjoyed our stay. The view is amazing and having grown up in Cottage Grove, I had never enjoyed the view of Cottage Grove Lake from above. The house is super nice, well equipped. We were visited by turkeys and deer and enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The house is a very enjoyable 8 miles from town. We had dinner at Jack Sprats and it was excellent. «The pictures made the house look much bigger than it was inside. The inside was very clean and nice. The back yard with hot tub was not clean. The plants were all dead, and the whole area was covered with leaves from last fall. A rake and a blast with a leaf blower would be nice.
