«We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo.
Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good.
Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated.
We hope to visit again in the future! »

«Spotlessly clean, super location and the parking space was a godsend with how busy Broadway is during New Year. Having stayed in the village for the past 15 years this was one of the best properties that I have stayed in. »

«The whole experience was one of great things from the booking to arrival to the stay. Extremely comfortable with everything you would need and lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Parking is a bonus in Cheltenham.»

«Very central location. Nice townhouse with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, designer bathroom and livingroom with sofa etc. A real gem in Bath and would definetely stay again. »

«The apartment we stayed in was perfect for our stay as a basis to explore Gloucester and the northern Cotswolds. The docks with a choice of restaurants is in walking distance, parking for the car at the back with easy access. Beds were super comfy. Everything was clean. Perfect. We will be back! »
