«We loved our stay! The farmhouse was so quaint and vintage and was just what we were looking for. The staff/owner was lovely, pleasant and accommodating. The classic English breakfast was delicious, especially with the recently made homemade jam. Our only issue was gps routing us in a wrong direction and not realizing the entrance was through the gate that was closed. The online map said it was .9 of a mile from the city center of Castle Combe, which is true if you walk it. That turned out ...

«Exceptional B&B in Beautiful English Countryside
We were looking for a scenic place to rest up after our overnight flight to the UK from the USA and found this amazing place.
Located in a beautiful, rural area with plenty to see and experience nearby. The property is stunning and very well-maintained.
John and Elizabeth were amazing hosts. Warm, genuinely friendly, accommodating, and fascinating in their own life experiences. It's not every day that you get to meet an Olympic medalist!

«Host communication is very good. Location and amenities excellent. Would book again. Be aware that the ally leading to the accommodation is scruffy but the cottage is in a little quiet oasis. »

«The view from our terrace room was across the green and rolling hills, with scattered sheep and a few stone farm house. Very pleasant. The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature in the room just right. The breakfast Jeanina cooked was excellent. The B&B host went out of his way to get us to and from a working bus stop since the road was closed and buses not going through the village. So super helpful. »
