«This seemed like a good location and a nice upmarket looking flat, with quality amenities and furnishings from the advert. We were shocked when we arrived to find the front of the property piled high with garbage. Bags, open food waste, open bins. It smelled horrendous. It was also over 30 degrees C. We were supposed to be in the upper flat, but had been assigned the ground floor flat, whose windows were located over the garbage. The only windows. No air con. No fan inside. It was dark ...

6. Old Market Studio's- No 1

Bristol

«The room was pretty dirty and didn’t feel like it had much of a clean before we arrived. The shower was terrible, no water pressure if someone has had a shower before you, no space if you’re moderately tall, and no space width wise either. They didn’t provide enough soap/shower gel for more than 1 day for 2 people. The room was quite cold and we couldn’t figure out the heating. The staff replied quick and check in was simple however the last night an alarm was going off from the hours of 3.30 ...

Anmeldelser av populære hoteller i Cotswolds

The Lygon Arms

10/10 Utmerket

"Our stay at The Lygon Arms was absolutely amazing! Such a beautiful and charming historic hotel, full of character and atmosphere. We loved everything about our stay, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the breakfast and food were delicious, and the spa was wonderful. The history of the hotel makes it truly special, and you can feel it throughout the property. A perfect place to stay in the Cotswolds. Broadway was a very charming village. We also made some nice walks in the area - Broadway Tower is recommended! We would absolutely love to come back!"

Cheltenham Chase Hotel & Spa

8/10 Bra

"The hotel is fine. The aircon was great (heatwave when we were there). Good room with a fridge, so in general happy with the room. We didn't go to the spa, so I don't know how that is. We did however have dinner at the restaurant one night. The service was so bad and the food was ok-ish, when we got what we ordered. We had to go find someone to order drinks and ask for water, and we tried to make contact with the waiters a long time. The cutlery was also dirty. We saw several other tables (most of the tables) sending their order back. Breakfast also seemed alot like dinner, with dirty cutlery and cups, and no service. It seemed like we could order breakfast from the kitchen (based on the menu on the table stating "breakfast"), but we didn't bother to find someone to order from..."

Macdonald Bear Hotel

10/10 Utmerket

"Meget stille, nostalgisk og sjarmerende hotell i kort gangavstand til Blenheim Castle og den meget vakre parken. Gode restauranter i nærheten og i rimelig taxiavstand. Lunsj på Orangeriet - Blenheim var en opplevelse! Personalet på hotellet ga god service og var meget hyggelige. Fantastisk fugleliv både i byen og i parken. Absolutt verdt et besøk!"
