«We were greeted to find that we had been upgraded to a two-bed suite at no extra cost.
This was due to the fact that we had our granddaughter with us and there was availability.
It was immaculate, the food was great, the bar area was comfortable.
The staff couldn't do enough for us.
Well recommended !»

«There was an issue with my original room, nothing major. I was happy for it to be rectified but the check in staff immediately moved me to better room. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was very good, both dinner and breakfast.
Would stay here again. »

«Had a brilliant time at Rockliffe Hall.
The spa was really relaxing and well worth it.
The spa treatment itself was spot on, and the views around the place are lovely.
The Staff were great: polite, helpful, and made everything easy.
They left a few things out for our birthday celebration, which made the day feel special.
Tip: on your last morning, try to squeeze in one last 1/2 hour the spa to set you up for the day.»
