The house overlooks a large garden with large trees and cherry trees and a brand new infinity pool shared between the two units, with sunbeds and umbrellas available (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09). The house is about 3.5 km from the centre of Garda and the beach, 1.5 km from the centre of Costermano. This area of Lake Garda, far from mass tourism, allows the discovery of the territory through numerous cycle tourism routes that start right near the house, such as the renowned Valle dei Mulini.
The Rodole apartment, entirely located on the ground floor, has a large double bedroom with wardrobe, a room with two single beds that can be joined, an additional single bed and a pull-out single bed, small bathroom with shower, main windowed bathroom with laundry area with washing machine, shower box, double sink. The spacious kitchen overlooking the side terrace equipped with table and chairs has a modern kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, American-style breakfast counter, coffee corner with German coffee machine and coffee machine with pods. The living area with a splendid decorative marble fireplace (not usable), opens onto the covered terrace with lounge area and offers a pleasant view of the garden and pool. It has a sofa, armchair, satellite TV, large dining table.
