«The house was magnificent. Clean, fresh and great service. The staff was friendly and unintrusive if you prefer it that way. My only minor complaint was that I had to tell the staff 2 days in a row to keep their voices low at 7 am because they were speaking loudly, which they obliged. «The house was beautiful, we got to enjoy every room. The assistant Wilfredo and Maid/Chef made the trip so much more amazing. The place was always clean and if you request for her to cook just know everything she makes is amazing. The only downside to this property that is NOT LISTED is the fact that it has NO HOT RUNNING WATER. Your showers will be cold or slightly lukewarm. So keep that in mind when booking. Otherwise an amazing property and staff.»

«We really liked the experience been in a private island but the place itself need to be updated. Beds were not too comfortable, there were only two bathrooms for four rooms. One of the rooms on the second floor was too dangerous going up and down the stairs, specially in the meddle of the night if you needed to go to the bathrooms. Any ways, the people working there were great, Coco and his wife made all possible to make us fell good.»

"Hotellet er helt nytt og har bra standard, men det spilles ufattelig høy musikk på hele hotellområdet, inkludert bassengområdene, fra kl. 08.00 hver eneste dag. Musikken var så høy at vi ikke kunne ha en normal samtale sammen når vi lå ved bassenget. I tillegg hørte vi musikken inn på rommet både morgen og kveld. Hotellet går for ekstremt høy partystemning, noe som gjorde det umulig å slappe av. Cartagena er en spennende by med liv. Da er det en fordel å kunne slappe av litt på hotellet. Anbefaler derfor å velge et annet hotell."
