«This hotel is nice, the beach is also nice but it has several flaws. Expect that other hotel guests sitting next to you at the beach will play temendously loud music. Do not expect this as a place to rest Airplanes take off right next door, noise Wild birds eat from the buffet. Avoid the buffet to avoid any bird carried disease Pillows are terribly tall. «On day one we were in a standard room in tower 2 (newer tower out of the two on property) but there was water maintenance being done and we were without water for over 3 hours which was an inconvenience for us and the lock box was not working. «The best hotel !! We came for a wedding and bad friends staying in multiple locations, we all agreed out of all the locations this was THE BEST hotel. Jimmy in the front desk goes above and beyond. Whenever we come back to Cartagena we will be coming here no doubt about it !! If I could rate this higher I would. "Great room and bathroom. The best thing is that there is 3 pools with plenty of sunbeds by the pool. The breakfast was way to expensive, and did not provide barista coffee included in the price. And that was unexpected at that price and hotel."

"Nice hotel and the good thing is that we could get sunbeds by the pool without getting up super early. The bad thing is that they were playing really loud music by the pool. Several people asked for it to be lowered, but nothing were done. Not so easy to relax. Nice Barnstable coffee with breakfast."
