«The property overall was really great. The owner was in constant contact, which was great. The house is very charming. The neighborhood is one of our favorites in Knoxville. It’s very convenient to everything and it’s quiet. The only negative is the sofa was very worn out and the dining chairs were very stained. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. »

«Host was responsive and accommodating. House was locked when we arrived but we were able to contact them through the ring doorbell to gain access. House was perfect for our party of three. All new appliances. Kitchen is as it appears in pictures. Steep driveway with level parking for 3 vehicles. So, if you're hauling a trailer/boat/etc...be prepared to park in the street. »
