Come enjoy our condo that is located on a canal, and is only minutes away from beaches, great fishing, some of the best seafood restaurants, 20 minutes from Port Aransas and shopping. The fully-equipped kitchen overlooks the dining area and living room, and the 1/2 bath is located across from the kitchen in the entryway. The large living area which has an 85’ tv and a huge comfortable sectional, big enough to let everyone sit comfortably and watch movies. The living room also overlooks the huge back deck where you can enjoy the view soak up some sun and watch the sunset with your favorite beverage, or have your evening meal while creating memories with friends and/or family. Take the stairs down to the dock from the back deck where you can cast a line anytime. Just make sure you have a fishing license. You can purchase one at any convenient store, bait and tackle stores on the island or in town. Also we have a private boat slip to tie your boat off. Located straight off the deck on the dock below. The boat launch(Jackfish boat ramp)is roughly 50 yards away from the condo right across the street from a public park (Ulberg Park). You may leave your trailer there just make sure you have a lock to secure it. On the second floor of the condo you will find three bedrooms the master with a king size bed and a stand up shower, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed bottom mattress is a queen and top is a twin. The second full size bathroom that has a shower/tub combo. This bathroom is located right off the second and third bedrooms. The washer/dryer combo is also upstairs in the hallway between the master bedroom and other two bedrooms. We know that once you open the door you will feel like you have found paradise. All you have to do is relax and enjoy, your on island time now take in its beauty and all the island has to offer.
