«This is a great hotel! I especially like the quality of the food, the wide corridors, the solid doors, plentiful towels, clean sheets and trash removal every day. The view from my room was amazing! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and polite, and the amenities were great. But it did seem like they were understaffed. Also outsourcing the parking and WiFi connectivity to third parties is not optimal for the customer. The parking costs and requirements are ridiculous and the internet ...

«The parking is off site a few blocks away, but thankfully we found a spot there because it was hard to find street parking (which is only two hours). The AC didn’t cool and the tub drain was stuck halfway so didn’t stay for a bath, but didn’t drain well for the shower. The worst part is that they said someone would come by for the AC and the tub on the second day, and they never did. Also, housekeeping never came by and we were there for four nights. It was like they forgot we were there. »

«Felt very welcomed and taken care of by the attentive staff. The entire facility was new, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had two rooms, and they accommodated our family well. The location is great - close to the beach and many stores and restaurants. The gym was small, but it was never crowded. Highly recommend if you don’t feel the need to have a pool. »
