«Great location in the Gaslamp. Travelers: Mom and 12yr old child. The lobby looks much nicer in photos than it does in person. It’s not bad, but the pictures make it seem larger and more upscale than it actually is. We stayed in a single room with a private bath. The room had a bit of an odd odor—likely a mix of an older building and cleaning products. «Bad: the number to get “help” was super off putting. First, I called to get help with my room’s access pin and “we’ll call you right back and reset your pin” turned into waiting roughly 10 min and I had to call THEM back for the pin. Then the smart TV wouldn’t let me log in to anything or even update apps on the tv that needed it. So AGAIN called the “help” line intermittently for TWO PLUS HOURS to get resolution, with absolutely ZERO help. Finally gave up…. But they were basically like “sucks ...

«It was ok for a night. You hear EVERYTHING so bring earplugs. The doors need changing. One hard pull and you get inside of every singel room. We had a private room with queensize bed. The bed was nice 👌 we had to share wc and shower. Both was super clean all the time so this was great. They have a kitchen, but did not use it. Was ok to stay here for the night but would not recomend staying here for solo female travelers. I saw no other girls around. I was with my mom so did not feel so ...
