Guest access
You will have access to the entire apartment to yourself. Dedicated free parking is available on site.
Other things to note
▪️PETS:
This unit is PET friendly. If you are highly allergic to pets, we recommend you booking a unit that is PET free.

▪️PET RULES:
2 pets max. $52 per pet per stay. No pet on furniture. Pet should not be left unattended. Please pick up pet waste.

▪️HOUSE RULES:
has a Zero Partying Policy. Any signs or evidence of partying; guests will be asked to leave without refund and subject to $1000 fee.

▪️Absolutely no smoking inside the house. Doing so will result in $1000 fine.

▪️EARLY CHECKINS OR LATE CHECKOUTS:
May be arranged upon approvals (30 minutes free. Exceeding is $20/hr up to 2hrs max).

▪️Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used.

▪️Deposits may be required.
