«The expansive view of the lake was divine. We saw many red winged blackbirds as well as wood ducks and mallards. On night there was a dramatic electrical storm that came over the mountain and across the water, but we could watch it while feeling cozy and safe in the comfy chairs. The kitchen had all that we needed. The location was a perfect balance of rural and near town. Caught a movie at the Millerton movie house which was enlightening. An excellent escape cottage!
