«Great central location. Provided lots of ability to see many things and to centralize adventures.»

«This was a perfect little basement apartment, it was very clean and tidy, had good amenities. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with, check in was smooth and easy, it was a great stay with no issues.»

«Communication avec le propriétaire, très facile. Maison bien située et bien équipée.»

«Very clean and every area was used widely. Each bedroom was decorated beautifully and it was spacious for all 6 adults.»

«Excellent value for the price. Unfortunately the dishwasher wasn’t working, but the hosts were very accommodating.»

«Nice quiet neighborhood, conveniently located, and nicely stocked kitchen.»

«The house was easy to find and was very clean & comfortable. We found it to be conveniently located and the neighborhood was quiet. We had everything we needed and overall, we enjoyed our stay.»

«The house offers plenty of space, which we appreciated as a family, and it is uniquely decorated. There were a few things we noticed during our stay. The lawn was quite long and appeared to need maintenance. The basement floors are very squeaky, so at night, if someone gets up to use the washroom, the sound of footsteps can be heard throughout the three downstairs bedrooms. We also found the floors both upstairs and downstairs to be quite sticky. I’m not sure whether this was related to ...

«It is a brand new basement unit with a private entrance. Well equiped (air con, heating, kitchen...). Very suitable for a family of four. 5 min drive to downtown moncton and Champlain mall (Walmart, superstore, giant tiger). 20 min drive to Shediac which is a very famous touristic spot in summer ( well known for nice beaches and seafood restaurants). This unit is budget wise that offers enjoying nearby beaches without spending money in hotels. The owner is very polite, cheerful and responsive.»
