Villa Coco, a stylish modern, contemporary property, located in the Northern East side of the island, approx 100m on a straight line away from the beautiful and well known beach of Avlaki.
The 3-bedroom villa, total measuring 100 m?, an outdoor pool measuring 40 m?, large furnished verandas equipped with BBQ supplies.
The villa is surrounded by olive trees in a slightly sloped plot, which gives the privilege of privacy and tranquility.
The villa is composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 WC, an open plan space of the kitchen - living room area.


On the ground floor there is the living room with a sofa, a flat TV screen and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as a Nespresso Coffee machine. On this floor, there is also the WC.
Staying at the lower floor, external, one will find large furnished terraces, BBQ equipment, ideal for the gatherings of all guests, while enjoying the green landscape of Corfu.
An interior staircase leads to the upper floor, where one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower are located.


The outdoor area, surrounded by old olive trees, is furnished with sun-beds, coffee and dining tables. Pool dimensions: 10x4 m? | 1.5m depth


Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided. Bathrooms are equipped with toiletries, clothes washing machine and a hairdryer.


The property is fully air conditioned with mosquito net, free wifi access and Private parking space is available on site.
Baby cot and high chair are provided upon request.
