Nissaki Suite Kalypso is one of the newest and finest apartments in the sought after area of Nissaki in Corfu. Provided with great privacy, independent entrance, beautiful panoramic views and 2 bedrooms, this attractive and welcoming property can sleep up to 4 guests in 2 air-conditioned bedrooms. Totally renovated to the a very high standard, Nissaki Suite Kalypso is located just 150m away from the pretty beach of Nissaki with its excellent waterfront tavernas, bar, supermarket, boat rental facilities. It is definitely the best way to enjoy an unforgettable holiday by the sea, in one of the prettiest corners of Corfu, without the need to rely constantly on a car!



Nissaki Suite Kalypso is located on the first (and upper) floor of a 2 storey building surrounded by peace and greenery. Independent access with a private staircase leads to the large and breathtaking balcony, beautifully furnished and perfect for enjoying the panoramic views, enjoying a drink or having a delicious al-fresco dinner. Inside the apartment has been totally renovated with classy details, modern colour scheme and high quality furniture and bedding. Enjoying long night sleeps with the sound of the waves just below will be a truly memorable experience! There is a spacious, open plan lounge with kitchenette and dining area, leading directly to the terrace. The bedrooms, welcoming and airy, are respectively a double and a twin. Both are fully air-conditioned and provided with spacious fitted wardrobes and high quality mattresses, sheets, satellite TV, etc. The master bedroom, with double bed, has big patio doors leading to the sea-facing terrace. Particular attention has been given to the lighting of the indoor and outdoor areas, to provide a further ambiance and atmosphere. The family bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The apartment is air-conditioned/heated (individually controlled by the guests 24/7) and this service is included in the price.



Despite being located just 2 steps away from the sea, the property is surrounded by greenery, flowers and Mediterranean shrubs. From the balconies and bedrooms guests can hear the gentle sound of the waves and enjoy the views to the Mediterranean Sea up to Corfu Town in the distance. There is even a small vegetable plot run by the owners where guests are welcome to pick up fresh products for cooking delicious organic meals. A shared barbecue and a common laundry room are available for the guests. A parking area is also available on the premises (availabile on a first-come first-served basis).

For the enjoyment of adults and children as well there is even a swimming pool complex with pool bar open to the public and to our guests (named "Nissaki Sea View" located 100m from the apartment to guarantee peace and quiet to our guests, Available from May to September. Our guests can use these pool facilities and bar services with a compulsory Minimum consumption 6 € (please note that anyway, being this a separate property, the staff of the complex will not be able to answer any questions related to Nissaki Suite Kalypso).

And with such a perfect bay with crystal clear water less than 2 min walk away, the choice will be hard!

Bon emplacement à proximité immédiate d’une petite crique accessible à pied vue mer magnifique. Logement simple et propre. Équipement ustensiles de cuisine très limité. Une des chambres donne côté route ce qui est un peu bruyant le matin mais calme la nuit.

Nicht so wie im Online Inserat

Das Online Inserat der Fewo sieht komplett anders als die Wirklichkeit aus. Dort wird u. A. Mit möblierten Lounge Balkon Möbeln geworben. Es waren tatsächlich einfache Plastikmöbel. Das Beste war der Ausblick auf das Meer und es war auch sauber in der Unterkunft. Im hinteren Schlafzimmer hört man den Straßenverkehr von der oben liegenden Straße. Der Ausblick hat für uns vieles was nicht so gut war, wett gemacht.

Good apartment in great area as long as nothing goes wrong and you don't need to deal with the owner

Beautiful Nissaki bay is a short walk, so we could arrive at the small pebbled beach early, which gets quite crowded, but we loved the beach and the area. The pool we could use was a real highlight. The apartment air conditioning worked well and the units are new in both rooms.The mattresses were comfortable. The shower room is modern and the shower can work fine depending on the water pressure available. The kitchen is basic and fairly sparse, but fine. Fridge freezer a good size. An old sofa has been added into the dining area to provide more seating inside. The balcony has wonderful views. Uncomfortable and lack of balcony seating. The double seat shown in the photo is not there and the other two chairs very uncomfortable. There is no shared BBQ and not veggie plot. Laundry 'room' is a shared washing machine next to pathway. You have to phone owner (Alexandros) when you want to use it (inconvenient). Water heater not working so we had no hot water for three days. Alexandros did get it replaced but communication was poor (said to my wife 'why do you need hot water in hot country?'). Then water supply tank ran empty so no shower or toilet for a day. He did not keep us informed but actually blamed us for abusing the water and shouted at me 'who has to pay for the water!?' on the phone. I was disgusted. Alexandros also runs Thalassa, Poseidon and Artemis. All the other guests were very angry with the treatment by Alexandos.

Lovely Break

The area of Nissaki is super beatiful, it was a lovely break! The view from the apartment was fantastic, best bit about the stay. Rooms; twin was lovely. The aircon great and quiet. Front double was okay. The aircon not so strong but the balcony doors and view certainly made up for it. Beds were firm but comfy. Needed extra pillows for sure. Bathroom was great! Water pressure and warmth all good. Plenty of towels provided. Kitchen was okay, everything you need for a basic stay. The only negatives were we struggled to find the path up to the apartments at first, needed extra pillows and two extra comfy chairs for the balcony. Given its a 4 bed it was only really set up for 2 comfy seats. Location is perfect, 2 mins walk to a supermarket, pool and bar. Great!!

Schöne Unterkunft und Lage

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft war schön und mit direktem Meerblick. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super und er hat immer umgehend auf unsere Anliegen reagiert. Viele kleine Tavernen waren fußläufig zu erreichen und es hat immer super geschmeckt. Auch kleine Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Zauberhaft war auch der Pool mit Bar und die kleine Bucht zum Baden.

Lovely apartment, Great location

Great location close to pretty beach and restaurants, and swimming pool next door. Boat hire is also available by the beach and well worth doing for the day. Apartment is adequately equipped but balcony furniture could have been a bit more comfortable. Air con worked well as did Wi Fi. Fantastic view to get up to, and sit out on the balcony in the evening, peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Note there is nowhere to sit inside other than dining table and 4 chairs. Easy to get to all parts of the island from here. Parking is limited although there are places to park nearby on the roadside. Overall I would recommend a stay here!
