"The beds have curtains that gives you full privacy. Probably the best solution, providing the most privacy, that I have experiences at hostels in Italy. Lockable cabinets on the room (bring your own lock). Good capacity toilets/showers on each room. Practical location, literally 2 mins from the train station. The place is new, so obviously in good condition, clean and all that. Will stay here again for sure."

"Decent hotel, just a couple lamps that didn't work by the bed and some water leakage in the bathroom. Wet floors after every flush. Other than that a very nice and comfortable place "

"We arrived a bit early for check in, bit the receptionist fond us available rooms, and even ungraded us. Beautiful and modern rooms. The roof terrace restaurant was very nice with a superb view of the city. We had beef grilled on open flame and it was beyond good."

"We had a fantastic five-day stay at Starhotels Terminus in Naples. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, always ready with local tips or assistance whenever we needed it. The hotel’s location is perfect: right next to Napoli Centrale train station, making it very easy to get around the city or take day trips along the coast. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel felt peaceful and secure once inside. On our first night, we experienced some street noise in our room. The next morning, I spoke with Vittorio at the front desk. He was extremely understanding and helped us switch to a quieter, more spacious room at no extra cost. From that point on, the rest of our stay was flawless. Vittorio continued to assist us throughout our visit, helping with taxis, local recommendations, and anything else we needed. His service truly stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Both rooms we stayed in were clean, modern, and equipped with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The hotel’s restaurant was excellent, offering a great variety of both Italian and international dishes. The staff were polite, professional, and attentive—and the coffee was truly top-notch! We highly recommend Starhotels Terminus to anyone visiting Naples. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip!"
