«Ok. It’s a good place to stay if you’re going over Beartooth Pass or into the YNP. Just be prepared for very high prices for just ok accommodations. It’s a two block tourist town , so just be prepared. There are good places to eat.
Only real “sort of complaint” is the toilet seats were very low. Lower than standard seat height. If you have issues sitting down on a toilet, the ones at Alpine Lodge may give you some trouble.
I’d stay again only because it makes seeing the Park and going ...

«Noise from the heating prevented any sleep. Doors almost not possible to lock. Dirty bathroom and windows, curtains and bed sheet smelled of old cigarette smoke. Floor unstable/not straight. Seems entire building needs full renovation.»

«Great location! 3 miles from YNP entrance - 25 minutes from Lamar Valley. The staff were all very helpful and gave us great recommendations on activities...great access to Beartooth Pass and Chief Joseph - checking out Cody, WY and Red Lodge, MT was a bonus we hadn't planned. The motel is rustic but clean - next time we want a cabin for our family. We plan on returning - ty»

«Nice little place. It was well-equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. There weren't clear check out processes documented in the cabin for what needed to be done when leaving, but we just did what we have done when staying in other similar properties and we haven't been charged anything. We would rent this place again if we ever make the Yellowstone trip again.»
