«We had a wonderful stay at the Cooper Family Lake House in Milam, TX. The property is well cared for, the location is beautiful, and the setting feels peaceful and tucked away at the end of a quiet finger of the lake. The huge trees around the property are gorgeous, and we really enjoyed the lake views and wildlife. We did not see any alligators, but we did see a turtle and tons of fish. This is an especially great spot for fishing, and the property is set up so well for that to be the focus of ...

«Place was real nice and clean and it had a real nice fishing pair in the back. I’ll be back again.»

«Great view! Location is kinda sketchy but close to everything you need. The surrounding area could use a clean up of old junk but that’s not the property rentals fault. The recliner could be replaced because it doesn’t recline and the grill needs a good cleaning and grilling utensils would’ve been great. We enjoyed of stay for the most part though. Loved Toledo bend !»

«Perfect spot for a quiet, peaceful getaway. The house offered everything 5 adults, one fish-loving little boy, and his dog could need. Host quickly answered every question within minutes and the house is beautiful. The only tiny issue/wish I had.... we really needed some comfy outdoor furniture on the back porch, the top deck and the boat deck. I wish I had brought some chairs.»

«Very convenient and very clean»
