«This is probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Typically, even in a $200 per night hotel the linens on the bed make me feel itchy. Not once did I feel itchy at this hotel.»

«I stayed at The Westin because I had a work trip in downtown Houston. If you’re looking for something nearby the convention center, that’s quiet and has some good restaurants nearby, this hotel is amazing. Not only that, the king bedroom is spacious, great amenities with a spacious bathroom, a snooz white noise machine, and even an option to rent two monitors, a keyboard / mouse via Outpost. Truly an amazing experience as a business traveler. The staff at front desk were so helpful.»

«Comfortable bed, large room, and the Wi-Fi and lounge area were solid for a business trip. Still, front desk Michael delivered the rudest service I’ve experienced in years, which overshadowed the positives. I’ve lodged a detailed complaint with the hotel. I’ll be cautious about booking here again unless management addresses this.»

«Stayed there for 2 nights. Good service at front desk, super great service at the lobby bar, the only downside is the constant draft from the entrance. Stayed at the high floor and the room was ok. Nothing fancy, but for the price it’s ok. Really friendly and quick valet parking. »
