«Nice with a big fridge. Hotel right next to the train station. Bathroom constantly smelled of weed or cigarettes. The traffic was loud outside all night and you can hear the neighbours quite well. Did not get a blanket or duvet when we asked for it, just one thin sheet and we had to sleep in our clothes to keep warm. The breakfast was okay, nice to have. If you are in a pinch this is a great place to stay. Do you want to sleep through the night? Stay at an another hotel. »

«Very clean room. Staff was friendly and accommodating for a late check out. Near lots of places to eat and some shopping. Room doesn’t have toiletries and towels are tiny. Also although there is a thermostat- it’s analog and you have to turn the heat on and off. Overall though a good deal for the price. »

«My daughter and I stayed at Residence Inn while attending the Cardi B concert (4/3/2026) The room (a loft) was more like a small, cute apartment! We loved it! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The best part, the breakfast! They had an awesome selection of breakfast foods, fresh fruit and beverages. If I’m ever in Hartford again, I would 100% stay here again. »

«Checkin took 20 minutes to even begin as extended stay left me on hold in a lobby and then hung up after leaving me on hold for 12 minutes. Then had to call back and start the whole process again. Once I got someone onsite it was great but 20 minutes of sitting on a lobby at 11pm trying to check in really ruined my stay»
