The staff at the main desk does not greet you at any point of entry into the lobby which is not the best of manners and I didn’t think too much of it. Then, I asked for new set of towels as the size of the bath towel were really small for a big/tall person and was told if I can find where the house keeping is, I can go up to them and get them. However, they do not come deliver to them. This was odd as I’ve been to many hotels and they are usually helpful in resolving an issue or providing alternatives. We also found hair in the bathtub before showering and thought that was gross.
Then, to summarize, I got bit by bedbugs. Have traces of bits all across both my arms, chest, and legs. I’ve got pictures to show and am extremely disgusted and don’t recommend this place to anyone. And if you’ve had similar experience then request a refund at the minimum.
