«This was the most incredible stay I could have asked for! The breakfast was lovely, the home felt very cozy, and she had the fire lit every evening for a warm and welcoming sitting area. The only thing I would say is, as a Uni student with no car, plan with bus routes! They only come around every hour, and the BnB is a bit remote. A lovely view of the lake, the gardens, the chickens, and the neighbors sheep! I will absolutely come here again :) »

«It's the staff that make this hotel stand out , closely followed by the food ,which was apparent during breakfast no short cuts on quality, using local suppliers.
The biggest surprise was the Saturday nights entertainment with a local group playing all the classics.
Rooms in keeping with the traditional vibe that goes with the rest of the hotel. »

«Great two night break. Super impressed with everything. The complimentary shuttle into Cartmel made everything very relaxed for local food. Staff could not do enough. 10/10. »

«Having been to Glenridding many many times, this is the first I’ve stayed at Fairlight Guesthouse. It won’t be the last! It was a lovely place to stay; great bedroom, comfy bed, powerful shower, onsite parking, lovely staff and good breakfast. »
