Newly built, modern and functional, in the area of El Colorado, 3 minutes from the urbanization of Roche and 5 minutes from Conil village, just 50 meters walk from the Villa you will find supermarkets (carrefour, covirán) pharmacy, restaurants, tapas bars, pizzerias, clinic, gas station, and all kinds of businesses to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

You will enjoy a private swimming pool, it is fenced for the protection of children, has several sunbeds and garden furniture outside, has a large terrace with table and 8 chairs outside, the parking is private within the plot.

Inside it has a modern kitchen equipped with all kinds of appliances and all kinds of kitchen utensils, dining room for 8 people, living room, tv (smart tv), two bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with four beds and two bathrooms with shower plate.

This house only accepts bookings for families or couples. Groups of friends are not allowed.
