Studio with Shared Terrace and Air Conditioning

The studio is located in Conil de la Frontera and is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The 20 m² property features a living area with a sofa bed for 2 people and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 2 guests. Additional amenities include TV, air conditioning, washing machine, Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper rolls (no restocking during your stay), bath towels, a hand towel, and a bath mat. In the kitchen, you’ll find a trash bag, a roll of kitchen paper, dish detergent, a sponge, and cleaning cloths.



This holiday home offers a covered shared terrace where you can unwind outdoors. The studio enjoys a peaceful location in a pedestrian area, set in a courtyard away from street noise. Bars and souvenir shops are nearby. The beach is just a 3-minute walk away, and in 6 minutes on foot you’ll reach an area with leisure activities and restaurants.



Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Noise is strictly prohibited between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. Please respect quiet hours throughout your stay.
