On the ground floor are the two bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed (1,50 wide) and another with two single beds (80cm). Both bedrooms have air conditioning and wardrobes. Next to the bedrooms there is a modern bathroom with shower.
The first floor is equipped with a toilet, a modern kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine (filter), toaster, kettle, and all other necessary kitchen utensils.
Living-dining room with smart tv with Spanish and international programmes via SAT, air conditioning, wifi, dining table with chairs and a sofa bed (for 1 adult or 2 children, 1,40 wide).
On the first floor we find the terrace equipped with garden table and chairs, awning to protect from the sun and hammocks to enjoy the sea views.
The house has 2 comfortable staircases to access the first floor and the terrace. There is also a washing machine on the upper floor. The area is generally very quiet.
