Villino Cara is a welcoming townhouse which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps five people. From Villino Cara you will enjoy a charming view of the sea. Villino Cara is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Conca dei Marini, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 850 meters (930 yards), the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 250 meters (820 feet) and the closest beach (Capo di Conca beach) at 450 meters (approximately 490 yards). You will reach Villino Cara from the street level along a short route that cuts through a garden and includes approximately 50 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villino Cara. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 400 meters (440 yards), for a fee, in a reserved parking space.

Terrace
The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea.
Living Room
The living room is paved with tiles with handmade decoration, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are bright and agreeable. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a panoramic glass door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small patio equipped with table and chairs through a French door.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. It has a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small patio equipped with table and chairs through a French door. Here you will also find a washing machine (located on the small patio), an iron and an ironing board.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid white and light-blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
